CP links to attribute

In my metrics, I an filtering attributes for metrics and ten outputting each object into csv file.   Presently I am outputting the object ID, and Object text for each object remaining after the filters are applied.   I would like add a new entry for each object.  If a CP exist for the object, I would like to output the CP Object ID and CP Reason for change.   Any suggestions?   I tried searching in the forum but did not see any discussions on this particular problem.
